At the end of January 2021, TWB completed its installation in its new premises, located in Toulouse on the campus of INSA. With a surface area of 3,300 m2 (compared to 1,800 m2 previously), this new building was designed to meet TWB’s needs and the diversity of its activities. After 2 years of works, the new building hosts all its support services and technological platforms and currently hosts 5 start-ups. TWB has also chosen to reserve almost 15% of its space for these young companies, which have their own offices and laboratories at TWB and access to all common areas. The building now hosts a total of more than 110 people.

The installation of TWB has enabled the creation of a 15,000 m2 industrial biotechnology complex that is unique in France. The 7 M€ operation was financed within the framework of the Contrat de Plan Etat – Région (CPER) Occitanie and the Toulouse Campus Project and supplemented by TWB’s own funds.
