Half-time for Veramaris algal oil biorefinery in Nebraska

A short update on the Veramaris (DSM and Evonik joint venture) biorefinery in Nebraska whose construction started some months ago. In the presence of State government officials, the company celebrated half-time for its algal oil plant at the existing Evonik site in Blair on 4 June 2018 with a topping-out ceremony (see press release, 5/6/2018). The works are progressing on-time and according to plan. Commercial quantities of algal oil will be ready for delivery in mid-2019.
