Technip Energies awarded pre-EPC contract from Circa Group for Resolute project

Sustainable biochemicals company Circa Group AS has engaged Technip Energies to conduct pre-EPC phase engineering work as the next step in the execution stage of the ReSolute project.

The contract with Technip Energies deliberately overlaps the basic engineering design stage currently managed by Wood Consulting and has the main objectives of:
(i) maintaining the project schedule as the project starts early-stage engineering; 
(ii) construction activities on site, specifically those of site preparation, and readiness of buildings. It also allows for a head start of detail engineering and ordering of long lead items (LLIs).

Aemetis acaba de anunciar que su unidad para demostrar la producción de etanol celulósico ha estado funcionando más de 120 días con una disponibilidad del 94%, cumpliendo los requerimientos para conseguir un crédito garantizado federal del Programa de Apoyo a Biorrefinerías Sección 9003 de la USDA (véase nota de prensa , 6/3/2018). La instalación está ubicada en el Centro Tecnológico de InEnTec en Richland (Washington) y fue construida como escaparate de la producción de etanol celulósico y harina de pescado a través de la integración de la tecnología de gasificación avanzada de InEnTec con la fermentación microbiana patentada de LanzaTech.
