Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Biobridges launch call for innovative solutions on biobased materials for automotive applications

The research centre of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA),
pursuing its last sustainability report, is looking for providers of innovative biobased materials for automotive applications. For
this reason, a call for innovative solutions has just been issued in
collaboration with the Biobridges project.

Basic information on the call:
- Who can apply? Bio-based industries, SMEs,
Start-ups, Research centres, EU funded projects.
- When is the deadline for applications? 24
September 2020.
- What are the application fields? Biobased
polymers for exteriors, engine compartment plastics, elastomers, textile and
upholstery materials, coatings and adhesives.
- The solutions proposed should have a TRL 5-7.
- The selected participants will be invited to
pitch their solutions during a one-day online event.
