Tipo de entrada: NOTICIA BREVE. Valmet ha acordado con Clariant el suministro de un sistema de pretratamiento de biomasa para su planta de etanol celulósico Sunliquid en Rumanía. El paquete incluye un sistema BioTrac con capacidad para procesar cerca de 800 toneladas de biomasa seca al día, así como todas las partes principales de la dosificación de biomasa, el reactor, el sistema de alimentación al reactor y la separación de vapor. La fase de pretratamiento es un paso esencial en la producción de etanol celulósico cuyo objetivo es hacer accesible la celulosa para el procesado posterior. Type of post: NEWS IN BRIEF. Valmet has agreed with Clariant on the delivery of a biomass pretreatment system for its Sunliquid cellulosic ethanol plant in Romania. The package includes a BioTrac system with a capacity of over 800 tons of dry biomass per day, as well as all main parts for biomass dosing, the reactor, the feeding system to the reactor and steam separation. The pretreatment phase is an essential step in cellulosic ethanol production whose goal is to make the cellulose accessible for further processing.
